We are delighted to announce the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between KDSP and Silver Oaks Inclusive School, SOIES Group. This renewal reaffirms our shared commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and facilitating the participation of children with Down syndrome in mainstream education. Through this partnership, we aim to create a more understanding, respectful, and inclusive environment for all pupils. KDSP will coordinate with parents to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs), conduct awareness sessions, and provide training for SOIES staff. SOIES is dedicated to enrolling eligible pupils, ensuring collaborative IEP development, and actively fostering an inclusive culture. Together, we are committed to building a more inclusive future, where diversity is celebrated, and every child has the opportunity to thrive. In addition to Down Syndrome, Silver Oaks also caters to inclusion of pupils with ASD, ADHD and Physical Impairment.
