At Silver Oaks, we believe that once a child is entrusted to us for educational, learning & developmental care, it is the school’s responsibility to provide all the necessary effort & skill needed to ensure that every single child achieves the median learning outcomes for the corresponding age. Conversely, we follow a three-prong approach:
Admission Test and corresponding age is the only criteria used for determining the appropriate level of entry point in Silver Oaks School. If the child does not meet base mark for entry into the target class, entry will not be granted;
Once a child is admitted in the school, all remedial work & re-enforcement through daily student focus grids, weekly progress reviews & school-based remedial work, Progress Assessments & Attainment Level Assessments is undertaken. Parent-Teacher meetings are held to share this progress once every term. Neither is the Student - Teacher Ratio ever exceeded nor is admission granted on the basis of parental undertaking to bridge the gap for students that are way below the class level.
